Fire retardant plywood

Plywood with outer plies made of birch or alder veneers soaked in a fire resistant liquid.
MANUFACTURED IN FOLLOWING TYPES OF GLUING
- exterior with white glue line: on the basis of melamine-urea-phenol-formaldehyde glue, for use in humid conditions (acc. to EN 636, technical class EN 636-2)
- exterior: on the basis of phenol-formaldehyde glue, for use in exterior conditions (acc. to EN 636, technical class EN 636-3)
Standard sizes:
- 1250 x 2500 mm
- 1250 x 3000 mm
Thickness range: 6 -21 mm
Appearance quality classes: II, III, IV acc. to EN 635 (more information in Plywood classification by surface apperance)
Density: 640-760 kg/m3
Other sizes available on request.
Possibilities of post processing
- cutting to smaller sizes on panel saws,
- finishing of edges - straight and profiled, drilling, routing - in CNC centres,
- finishing of the plate's edges with tongue and groove.
Main areas of application: transport industries, construction as hardwood plywood for floring.
- fire retardant plywood for use in building industry as hardwood plywood for floorings in reaction to fire classification: „Bfl-s1” with signature of Institute of Building Technology.
- film faced retardant plywood defined as plywood for transport industry according to directive 95/28/EC annex IV - reseach aport of Automotive Industry Istitute
