Softwood plywood with aluminum insert
Plywood with outer plies made from softwood veneers (pine, spruce), inter plies are made from softwood or hardwood. Aluminum insert is symmetric in the middle of the plies. We can manufacture insert in second or third plies. Aluminum insert makes barrier for humidity (protect by disadvantageous atmosphere conditions) and liquidates inside stresses in order to have stable shape.
MANUFACTURED IN FOLLOWING TYPES OF GLUING
- exterior, with white glue line, on the basis of melamine-urea-phenol-formaldehyde glue to use in humid conditions (according to PN-EN 636, technical class EN-636-2),
- exterior, produced with the use of phenol-formaldehyde glue to use in exterior conditions (according to PN-EN-636, technical class 636-3).
- 2100 x 1000 mm
- 2100 x 1250 mm
- 2100 x 1530 mm
Appearance quality classes: E, I, II, III, IV acc. to PN-EN 635 (more information in Plywood classification by surface apperance)
Density: 550-650 kg/m3
Other sizes and thickness available on request.
Possibilities of processing:
- cutting to smaller sizes on panel saws,
- finishing of the edges straight and profiled
- grooving in CNC centers.
Main areas of applications: elements for door manufacturing.
